Terms of Use

By using any of my graphics you are agreeing to these terms.......even if you do not read them. I reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time.

1. You MUST NOT share your username and password with anyone. This will result in you being removed from membership.

2. Once you have been given access to the members area, no refund will be given.

3. Your site must be family friendly to apply for membership or use my graphics. If you do not have a site please state how you will be using my items in your application.

4. You must place my logos on your site with a link back to www.majikpixels.com. I will contact you after your membership is approved for your website url. Once your membership is set up, I will send you a logo and tube license. I will be checking periodically to make sure the logos are on your site and properly linked.

5. I reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time if you are found to be in violation of my terms. NO refunds will be given.

6. My terms may change occasionally. I will send a notice to those that are in my group. You are responsible to keep up to date with my terms and will be held accountable for abiding by them, so be sure to check them now and then.

7. I know that some people join sites simply to snoop in hopes of finding something stolen. I can assure you that there is nothing stolen on this site, so if that is your reason for joining.....save your money. I will not tolerate anyone joining just to make accusations and stir trouble. Anyone found doing this will be immediately removed from membership and no refund will be given.

8. Not taking trades as this time.

I do trade memberships. If you are interested, please email me your website url so I can take a look at your site. All memberships include a tube license... if you require a license for tubing, I expect to be given a license as part of the membership trade, since my license is included in membership. If you remove your site from the web permanently for any reason I reserve the right to remove you from my own membership.

9. Please remain on my | Updates List | once your membership is approved. This will ensure you do not miss any changes to my terms of use as well as inform you of any major additions or changes to my site.

10. IMPORTANT: Once your membership has expired you may continue to use items you downloaded from my site BUT...
ONLY for "Personal" Use !!! In other words you MUST have a "current" membership with me in order to use anything of mine for profit once your membership has expired. The ONLY Exceptions to this... is if you bought a commercial license & / or the tubes you made from my lines, that are ALREADY in your members areas at time of expiration, may stay in your members area. Email me if your not clear on this... :o)

LINEART

All lineart must be colored in. You can then use them in most any way you like once they are colored.... premades, graphics, stationery, sig tags etc...

You may make tubes from the outlines ONLY if they are colored in by yourself. NOT as an outline!

You may offer the tubes you create from my lines in your members area.

DO NOT offer my outlines for download from your site.

DO NOT use my outlines for craft items such as embroidery patterns. For this you MUST buy a commercial license

DO NOT use my outlines to create tutorials. For this you MUST buy a tutorial license.

Please credit me as the creator of the lines you use.

TUBES / BASES

All tube packs are offered in both PSP format or in png so be sure to click the appropriate format for download.

All tubes in my members area are for your use only. You can then use them in most any way you like... premades, graphics, stationery and sig tags.

DO NOT offer them in their current form as tubes from your site, they must have been added to in some way. EX: Name added, background base added etc...

Doll Bases MUST be clothed.

DO NOT pass them through email, groups or share them with friends. After all, you had to pay for use of them they should also. *wink*

DO NOT change them in any way such as re-sizing, re-coloring, frankendolling, etc... unless specified within the tube pack that this is allowable. [ I allow re-coloring of some tubes- be sure to read any additional terms in individual tube packs ]

Leave my filenames in tact.

DO NOT use my tubes to create outlines.

A link back is required when using my tubes.

STATIONERY

All stationery in my members area is for members only.

DO NOT share them with anyone.

DO NOT remove the graphics to use in other ways.

PREMADES/ ADOPTABLES

Payments for premades are made through PayPal only.

Premades should NOT be altered in ANY way OTHER than a name may be added.

Adoptables may not be added to at all! They are to be used AS IS.

Premades/Adoptables Must be linked back to my site if they are used in websets, email etc...

Premades may be used for friends or family but you are responsible for ensuring they link them back to my site.

If there is anything that you are unclear about, please contact me.

ATTENTION SPECIAL TERMS for
Sigtag makers from Groups !!!
(I.E. MSN or Yahoo Tag and/or PSP groups)

You may use "My" tubes to create tags for your groups BUT...

Use ONLY the tubes listed under "Tubes" NOT ANY from my "Licensed Tubes" link, I do not hold a FULL copyright to those therefore claim no right to allow sigtag groups to use those.

You MUST place my credit info on any tag you make !!!
iNFO SHOULD BE AS FOLLOWS...

Do NOT create snags (blank Tags) with my items!!

Do NOT Pass my tubes through your groups!!!

If I find they are being passed through groups in their original forms and not as completed SigTags, I will revoke this special allowance terms from my items, as well as immediately remove any member found doing so IMMEDIATELY with NO Refund!

ALL other rules listed are applicable for tag makers as well.

The rules for Sigtag makers is not for Pixel sites - Pixel sites do copyright & credit info in a different manner.

For the record...... If your a drama queen please don't bother trying to contact me. I have no time for it. If you have a legitimate complaint, of course I will respond, but I will not get caught up in the "he said, she said" implications. I am a very laid back person and try my best to respect all people, I expect the same courtesy from others. *smiles*
